THERAPEUTIC TREATMENT
We have created a program based on Waveshape technology and pressotherapy to eliminate injuries and contusions, and support regeneration of the body for those who live an active life. Deep tissue massages or sports massage will bring relief to your tired muscles and alleviate the symptoms of overtraining. Relaxing foot massage will stimulate your internal organs by stimulating specific points and zones on your feet. The treatment offered at our hotel with a SPA is performed by professional and trained staff, thanks to which regeneration by the sea reaches a totally new level.
The youngest guests are invited to the children's land of SPA relaxation. WELCOME CEREMONY
Each ritual at the Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA&SPORT begins with a special welcome ceremony. We do unique massage using oils, hot basalt stones, or aromatic candles. To cleans and firm the skin, we do peeling of a wide spectrum of activity. To achive deep relaxation, on the other hand, we prepare baths with added natural oils and extracts.
PRIVATE SPA ZONE
This is an exclusive SPA zone intended for people who see particular value in privacy. The unusual atmosphere, an individually compiled program of ceremonies, sessions, and treatments in the RASUL® steam and mud bath, relaxing music, and streams of hot steam flowing across the room wil give you unforgettable experience. Wellness Zone is open year-round from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays until 10:00 PM, with the last hour reserved for guests aged 16+
The Spa zone is located on level 3, while the Wellness zone is on level -1.
Yes, the Spa and Wellness areas are available to guests staying at the resort year-round, regardless of the season.
Yes, it is possible to book selected treatments and access the wellness area without an overnight stay, however the pool and sauna area for external guests is only available from 01.10 to 30.04 on the following days: Sunday - Thursday 07:00 – 21:00, Friday 07:00 – 14:00, Saturday (no entry) excluding long weekends, holidays and the holiday season. It is advisable to book in advance by phone or online.
Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles and Nordic walking poles. We also have bicycle child seats, which allows for joint bike trips. We have prepared cycling routes for beginners as well as for more advanced riders. The hotel also offers the opportunity to use a professional 16-meter climbing wall.
Guests have access to various types of pools. A sports pool, a Vitaliti pool with hydromassage, a children's paddling pool, and an outdoor infinity pool open from June to September (opening depends on weather conditions; during the holiday package period, the pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - only for guests aged 16+). Guests can also enjoy a double outdoor jacuzzi as well as a modern sauna area. We offer a unique range of SPA treatments - relaxing massages and relaxation rituals.
