In March, Gwiazda Morza was visited by a well-known coach, cyclist, and sports educator, Aga Patoka. Her visit was a special experience for us and an inspiration to discover new possibilities for active recreation around our Hotel. In this article, we want to share with you three incredibly picturesque bike routes that were suggested and showcased by Aga on our social media. This is an excellent opportunity to plan a spring stay at Gwiazda Morza, during which you can combine sports activities with relaxation at our SPA Institute, pool area, or sauna complex.

Special offers for the spring-summer season, including for the May holidays, the long June weekend, and seaside vacations, during which we have planned plenty of attractions for you, can be found at this link: www.gwiazdamorza.com/pakiety

Get ready for a real adventure on two wheels! We invite you to our guide to bicycle trails from Władysławowo - according to Aga Patoka's recommendations.

Where to bike from Władysławowo? Below are suggestions for three bike trips starting from the Gwiazda Morza Hotel. Each of them can be exported as a GPX track and uploaded to your bike computer. Setting off with a prepared plan will definitely be less stressful :). You can download two versions of each route - the full recommended trail or the family version, i.e. shortened. You will reach selected destinations and return to Władysławowo.

ROUTE no. 1 loop: 45 km | family version: 22 km | 333 m elevation | R10 bike trail paved and asphalt

Władysławowo - Chłapowo - Rozewie - Jastrzębia Góra - Bielawa Reserve - Łebcz - Władysławowo

This is a "sightseeing" loop because in the first 10 kilometers there are many places worth stopping. First, the beautiful Chłapowo Valley Reserve with a 100-year-old beech tree and an atmospheric beach in the ravine. The reserve lies on both sides of the main road, so stopping at its height, you can explore it on both sides - connected by a photogenic tunnel passage.

Next awaits you the Lighthouse in Rozewie. Will you be alert enough to notice two? They are 350 meters apart. Here I leave you with a mission to see both!

Just 750 meters further hides LISI JAR - a charming trail also hidden in a ravine, leading you to the sea, 350 m long. I will note that it is quite a narrow route of the so-called single-track type (recommended riding one after another). If you have any fear of heights, leave your bike at the top near the monument and walk this section. It will make a relatively short but big impression on you. Leaving the ravine, you cannot miss a large mural on the wall, a fox! Again, I am curious if you will find it! Continuing along the R10 trail, you will reach Jastrzębia Góra. You can take a break under a pleasant and functional shelter designed for cyclists and pedestrians. Here you will find a huge eagle graphic and an equally large map of trails. It is a nice spot for a pause. At this location, roughly the 11th kilometer, a turning point can be made, for example, if you are traveling with children. Counting the return to Gwiazda Morza, you have completed a pleasant, flat, and attraction-rich 22 km route. If you go further - time to continue riding along R10 until the Bielawa Reserve! Here I have planned the last attraction for you - a charming hidden tower from which you can admire the reserve and wildlife. Be careful; due to dense foresting, you might accidentally miss this attraction on a wide right turn. The entrance to the tower is preceded by an information board on the left side. Remember, moving off the trail here is strictly forbidden and can result in a hefty fine from the forest guards patrolling this area during the season. Stick to the R10 trail. From here I will guide you through fields and meadows. Catch the sun, drink plenty, and I hope the sea breeze will blow right at your back :) This way, we complete a loop back to Gwiazda Morza in Władysławowo with a distance of almost 45 km. Have a great adventure!

Hel PeninsulaDistance varies because it depends on whether you "detour" to suggested attractions :) The route to Hel is marked R10, but there is a second way to travel it! Here I recommend: detour to the left at any moment and use the Pedestrian Coastal - Bay Trail (N-Z trail) to be among trees and seaside nature. Yes, pedestrian traffic is recommended here, but cycling is absolutely not forbidden. The most beautiful section of the N-Z trail starts right after passing the Lighthouse in Jastarnia. Of course, the traffic intensity on both variants depends on the time of day and month chosen. In summer it can be crowded, but before summer starts or after the season, you will be delighted, and the mileage will be happily completed :). Be alert and maintain riding etiquette yourself. What interesting things can you see en route to Hel?

9 km - Military History Trail (a famous site of a 1939 land breakthrough attempt)20 km - Lighthouse in Jastarnia29 km - the most beautiful section before Hel, i.e., Bór Forest and the possibility of detouring to the Hel Dunes35 km - Seal Sanctuary (Fokarium) 37 km - Hel Cape, i.e., no further possible

Follow my advice, ride your bike as far as possible, eat some fish or a waffle, and return by train – if you know you can't manage by bike!

ROUTE no. 3

21 km one way | family version: 11 km one way (route fragment)

Władysławowo - Puck and further: Rzucewo - Rumia - Darżlubska Forest

This time not west, not east. North awaits only a bath in the Baltic, so from Gwiazda Morza in Władysławowo we head south.

Following R10 towards Puck - you can get even to the Tricity area. Your fitness and motivation are the only limits here :). My proposal for a longer, rather day-long trip is the beautiful Darżlubska Forest. From Władysławowo you can reach it in the shortest way, covering 21 km.

Another option is a loop variant, where you first go through Puck, Rzucewo, Beka Reserve, and then head towards Rumia and Wejherowo to enjoy the climate of Darżlubska Forest - a top destination for mountain, trekking, or MTB cycling. In the short variant, for a family with children, you can head to Puck for ice cream and the beach. The R10 bike route along this section passes pleasant areas, and the profile is really flat. The distance would be 11 km, so pedaling casually, it’s a 60-90 minute trip depending on the child’s age :).

The hotel offers not only special packages (e.g., for family sea holidays) but also a wide range of SPA treatments, a pool area (four pools including one on the roof - open in the summer season), a sauna complex, outdoor jacuzzi, and comfortable premium rooms and apartments.

An enormous advantage of the Resort is also the terrace (open year-round) and, open in the summer season: the Sky Bar on the roof and the Forest Bar located in the private park next to the hotel.

For children, numerous attractions are prepared, such as animations, yoga, movement and art activities, and the Kids Room "Underwater World" - a zone of extraordinary fun. Moreover, inside the building, there are two climbing walls: a smaller one for younger children (in the playroom) and a 16-meter one extending through all floors of the hotel. What I also liked is the private access to the beach by the open sea - only 100 meters from the hotel - located among many trees of the Coastal Landscape Park.

When in Władysławowo, give in to the temptation of staying at Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA&SPORT :). Want to cycle without bringing your own bike? The resort rents bicycles and helmets to its guests for a small fee. You can also use numerous bike rentals in Władysławowo.

Solo or with family - adventures and attractions await you!
